Leadership Policy
If a leader wants to step down, they must switch roles with a group member who is willing and capable to become the new leader. If no one agrees to take the role, or if the leader still refuses to lead, the whole group will be disbanded and all members will work individually. This rule is enforced to keep the group system fair and organized.
